你将要做的事情业务拓展——在建筑和建材行业中识别、开发和筛选新的销售机会和潜在客户客户关系管理——通过定期拜访、后续跟进和积极沟通，与现有客户和新客户建立并维护牢固的长期关系。合同谈判——主导合同谈判并有效达成交易，以实现个人和团队销售目标。绩效监控——跟踪并跟进销售业绩、销售渠道和客户承诺，以确保达成目标。收款——处理结算流程并协调及时收取客户款项。市场情报——密切关注市场趋势、竞争对手动态和客户需求，以发现新的商机。我们正在寻找什么最低学历要求为商业、市场营销、土木工程或相关领域的大专或本科以上学历至少1-3年销售经验，最好有建筑材料、建材或相关行业经验（欢迎有较强销售能力的应届毕业生申请）熟练掌握中文（书面和口语）是必备条件——该职位需要与我们位于中国的总部以及讲普通话的客户和合作伙伴进行定期沟通。英语流利；精通马来语者优先考虑持有有效驾驶执照并拥有私家车（用于拜访客户）愿意在马来西亚境内进行短期商务旅行，偶尔也愿意前往中国。较强的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力自我激励，以结果为导向，能够独立工作，也能作为团队成员协作。
