在求职过程中，除了投递简历，最基础的技能是信息挖掘。很多优质职位并不会公开挂在招聘网站上，而是通过内部或特定渠道消化。这份清单能帮你建立基础的“职位敏锐度”。
清单一：行业关键词地图
行动： 找出目标行业中，除了职位名称以外的 5 个核心技术词 或 3 个行业痛点词。
目的： 在社交媒体（如 LinkedIn）或行业论坛中搜索这些词，会发现正在讨论这些问题的人，他们所在的部门往往就是最缺人的地方。
清单二：目标公司「动态观察」表
行动： 关注目标公司最近的 3 个变动：1. 是否获得了新投资？2. 是否发布了新产品？3. 核心管理层是否有变动？
目的： 业务扩张意味着岗位空缺。在对方还没正式发招聘广告前，这种信息差就是机会。
清单三：校友或前同事「反馈收集」
行动： 找 2 位在目标行业工作的校友或前同事，询问一个基础问题：“那个行业现在最头疼的问题是什么？”
目的： 了解行业现状能在任何交流中显得更专业，即便还没有正式面试。
总结
求职不只是等待，而是主动的“情报工作”。通过关键词地图、动态观察和反馈收集，将比普通求职者更早发现那些隐藏的机会。
