Two-phase adjustment:

• Phase 1: Begins December 2024.

• Phase 2: In January 2026.

• 7% increase for senior management officers.

The e-Payslip system is an online platform by JANM for federal civil servants to check, access, and print their pay slips.

New Security Features in JANM e-Payslip

JANM continually enhances e-Payslip security:

• Mandatory password reset on first login.

• Stronger password requirements.

• Captcha verification for password recovery.

• Watermark on monthly pay slips.

• Login restriction after 3 failed attempts.

New Password Requirements

Follow these guidelines when resetting your password:

• Length: 8-12 characters.

• Must include: 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, 1 special character (@$!%*?&).

• Example: P@ssword1234

How to Check Your e-Payslip Online

Follow these simple steps:

1. Visit e-Payslip Website: Go to the official e-Salary Statement Portal.

2. Register New User: Click "First Time Registering".

3. Fill Information: Complete details and click OK.

4. Log In: Enter your ID (NRIC/Passport etc.) and password.

5. Update Profile: Add phone number & email (for password recovery).

6. Download Payslip: From the “Self” submenu, select:

• Monthly Payslip: Choose Year & Month, Search.

• Annual Income Statement: Choose year.

Information Displayed on e-Payslip

Your e-Payslip shows a complete breakdown:

1. Total Income: Basic salary, allowances, arrears adjustment.

2. Total Deductions: Income tax, bureau cuts, insurance, housing loan.

3. Net Salary: Total income after all deductions.

Download the mobile app for easier access.

Key functions:

• Download monthly pay slips & annual income statements.

• Update profile (email & phone number).

• Send feedback to JANM.

• Generate salary statements for loan applications.

Important Reminder

Save your documents:

• Pay slips: Stored for 18 months.

• Annual income statements: Stored for 7 years.

• Old records are automatically deleted.
