about the role

They are currently looking for a Payroll & Admin Executive to join the team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Manage the full payroll process, making sure salaries are paid on time and meet all statutory requirements like KWSP, PERKESO, and LHDN.
Update statutory records for new hires and resignations, including tax forms such as CP22, CP21, and CP21A.
Keep employee records up to date, prepare payment listings, review sales data, and issue invoices for clients.
Ensure all labor laws are followed and handle applications and renewals for licenses and permits.
Work with clients and internal teams to improve administrative processes and support daily operations with ad-hoc tasks.
about the manager/team

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be working closely with another team member.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry would be ideal.
