Job Responsibilities:

Handle and calling of 0, 1, 2 and 3 month-in-arrear (MIA) and above accounts for Term Loan (TL) portfolio (KL Main Office, Prai Office).

Give instruction to legal team to commence legal action for accounts above 2 MIAs.

Attend borrower’s request for redemption statement/ early settlement/ prepayment.

Perform principal rollovers for all Revolving Credit (RC) accounts (KL Main Office, Prai Office).

Review of RC accounts and perform RC renewal in ICBA system.

Update weekly reports (DAR) and monthly reports (NPL listing, Major NPL report, NPL forecast).

Preparation of Restructure & Reschedule (R&R) documents (LRR & draft Board Resolution) and execution of R&R exercise (closing of old account).

Stamping for letter of R&R, sending repayment reminder for internal loan accounts (KL Midtown and etc).

Prepare Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) and Post Mortem Report (PMR) as any when required.

Monitoring of quit rent payment for TL loan portfolios.



Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2-3 years of credit control and relevant working experience in banking and/ or non-financial industry.

Good communication skill and problem-solving skill.

Fast learning ability and pleasant working attitude.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Full time position available in Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee.

Working Hour:-

Monday - Thursday: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm

Alternate Saturday: 9.00am to 12.30pm
