AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad was incorporated in 1996 and is listed on the Main Market at Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 2007. AEON Credit started with Easy Payment schemes and now offers a wide range of services including Credit and Prepaid Cards issuance, the AEON Wallet app, and Hire Purchase Financing for Motor Vehicles. The company also provides insurance products through AEON Insurance Brokers. AEON Credit operates 63 branches, service centers, and has a network of over 8,100 participating merchant outlets across Malaysia.



Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Card Specialist located in Johor Baharu. The Credit Card Specialist will be responsible for managing and promoting credit card products and services. Daily tasks include processing credit card applications, providing customer service and support, handling customer queries, and working with the sales team to meet sales targets. Additionally, the specialist will ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.



Qualifications


Knowledge of Credit Cards and related financial services
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Finance and Sales
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
