About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at LAKSAMANA USAHA NOODLE PRODUCTS SDN. BHD.', based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our financial accounting and reporting operations.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Conducting regular reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of financial data
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other regulatory documents
Providing support to the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Proficient in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office suite
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
