We are looking for a highly organized and bilingual professional with strong interpretation skills to join our growing team.
If you’re confident in both written and spoken Mandarin-English translation, especially in live interpretation during meetings and discussions — this is the role for you!


Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks (scheduling, document filing, purchasing, etc.)

Translate business documents, emails, and internal materials (Mandarin ↔ English)

Provide professional live interpretation during meetings, discussions, and presentations

Coordinate interdepartmental communication and follow-ups

Assist in client/partner communication involving real-time translation

🎯 Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Admin, Language Studies, or any related field

Excellent command of Mandarin and English, both spoken and written

Proven ability to perform accurate and fluent live interpretation

Experience in administrative or coordination roles is a plus

Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and general office tools
