Requirements

Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Must be able to speak English. Additional lanaguge is an added advantage.
Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Good team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask, work independently, hardworking, confident, excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude, result-oriented, positive and self-motivated.
Responsibilities

To handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL.
Proper record and documentation of day-to-day financial transactions.
Process invoices, expense claims, and ensure timely payments to vendors or others.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist on month end closing and financial statement monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Prepare year end audit schedules and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as necessary.
