About the role

We are seeking a talented Public Relations (PR) professional to join our dynamic team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.'. This full-time role will be based in our KL Eco City Kuala Lumpur office, where you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's public image and communication strategies.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing comprehensive PR campaigns to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation

Managing media relations, including drafting press releases, arranging media interviews, and fostering positive relationships with journalists

Monitoring and analysing media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for proactive PR initiatives

Organising and coordinating events, such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with the company's overall marketing and communication strategies

Providing counsel and recommendations to senior management on effective PR strategies and crisis management protocols

Measuring and reporting on the success of PR campaigns, using relevant metrics and analytics

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar PR role, preferably within the logistics or e-commerce industry

Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns that have positively impacted a company's brand and reputation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with media and other stakeholders

Strong writing and content creation skills, including the ability to craft engaging press releases, articles, and social media content

Familiarity with media monitoring and PR performance measurement tools

Proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
