Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Strong attention to detail, good with numbers, and analytical thinking.
Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
Responsibilities



Assist in handling full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL functions.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
Monitor and track project-related costing, claims, and invoicing.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the SQL Accounting System.
Assist in monthly closing, audit schedules, and taxation matters.
Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients on finance-related matters.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support Finance Manager on any ad-hoc finance-related tasks and reporting.
