You'll play a key role in planning and running marketing campaigns, organizing fun and high-impact events, managing social media content, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive sales and brand awareness.

Here’s what your day could look like :

a) Marketing Campaigns & Strategy 🎨

Help plan creative campaigns and pricing packages.

Support exciting sales launches and promotional ideas.

b) Budgeting & Reporting

Assist with A&P budget planning and cost tracking.

Keep tabs on campaign performance and results.

c) Events & Launches

Coordinate roadshows, launches, and fun public events (local & overseas!)

Be on the ground with the sales team engaging with customers.

d) Social Media & Digital Buzz 📱

Create content, schedule posts, and track engagement.

Work with the team to boost our brand across all platforms.

e) Ads, Designs & Branding

Review marketing materials for impact and accuracy.

Support website updates and creative campaigns.

f) Licensing & Approvals

Liaise with government agencies (KPKT) for required permits.

Ensure all documentation is submitted on time.

g) Banks, Legal & Vendors

Help secure bank tie-ups and coordinate legal documents.

Work with creative agencies, event partners, and more!

h) Internal & External Coordination

Attend meetings with project teams and consultants.

Keep property agents and stakeholders informed and aligned.

i) Market Research & Insights

Stay on top of trends, pricing, and what our competitors are up to.

Help prepare presentations and reports for management.

j) Photography & Visuals 📸

Snap some great on-site shots when needed (no pro skills required!)

k) Team Support & Collaboration

Bring your ideas to the table—we love creativity!

l) Weekend Warriors Welcome!

Be ready to attend weekend launches and exciting roadshows.

Travel to project sites when needed.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.

2–5 years’ experience in property marketing (✨bonus if you’re from a developer background).

Know your way around event planning, branding, social media, and licensing processes under Ministry of Housing.

A team player who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to hustle when it counts.

Willing to travel and work weekends for big events or key project milestones.
