About Us:

At AlamCon, we manufacture eco-friendly AAC building products to support sustainable construction in Malaysia. We welcome fresh graduates and interns to learn and grow with our experienced team.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong interest in machinery maintenance and hands-on technical work.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Positive working attitude and able to work in a team.
Responsibilities

Assist in daily maintenance and repair activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
Support implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for plant equipment.
Learn troubleshooting and basic root cause analysis for machinery issues.
Help in maintaining maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
Participate in improvement projects for plant reliability and efficiency.
Ensure all tasks comply with safety standards and procedures.
