Requirements

1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (health & beauty industry is a plus).
Passionate about content creation, trends, and the wellness space.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram & Facebook platform tools and algorithms.
Excellent written communication and a good sense of visuals.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing
Organized, proactive, and a good team player.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute monthly content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Coordinate with the design and video team to ensure content is produced on time.
Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, visual identity, and campaign goals.
Assist in the preparation of TikTok content — including scripting, and coordinating with talents/influencers.
Edit videos or work closely with video editors to finalize content for publication.
Track performance of posts and campaigns (reach, engagement, shares, saves, etc.).
Stay on top of viral trends and translate them into content ideas for the brand.
