Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between executives and both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and professional communication.
Manage incoming communications, including calls, messages, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate routing.
Address requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing helpful and informative responses.
Record dictation and meeting minutes with precision, and accurately input data into relevant systems.
Develop and maintain an organized and efficient documentation and filing system, ensuring easy access to critical information.
Manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
