Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist in job posting, schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., collecting documents, account setup/closure)

Maintain and update employee records and personnel files

Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and overtime records

Support planning and execution of employee engagement or training activities if any

Assist in handling employee enquiries and HR communications

Assist with general administrative tasks, including:

Filing and organizing HR documents

Managing office supplies and stationery

Photocopying, scanning, and data entry

Handling incoming calls or inquiries related to HR matters

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Provide ad-hoc support to the HR as needed from time to time

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Strong interest in HR and office administration, with eagerness to learn

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsible, reliable, and proactive in learning

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Team player with a positive attitude
