Job Responsibilities:-

Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions and day-to-day operations for branches.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department.

Check monthly payroll-related computations such as OT, cargo claims, etc.

Maintain and process documentation related to personnel activities such as staffing, training, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance evaluations.

Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

Coordinate and manage training programs, including HRDC portal registrations, grant submissions, and claims follow-up.

Support and manage matters related to foreign worker welfare and hostels.

Assist in maintaining HACCP-related HR documentation, especially in training compliance.

Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior or Management.



Requirements:-

Diploma in HR Management/Admin Studies or equivalent

1-2 years working experience in clerical or Human Resources or a related field.

Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang (near Zoo Negara).

Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and prevailing HR practices and legislation is an added advantage.

Possesses integrity and is able to handle confidentiality in the course of work

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
