Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification
3–5 years’ experience in invoicing operations preferred
Experience in e-Invoicing will be an added advantage
Computer literate (Word & Excel)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills, proactive, and able to work independently
English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written) - Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
Able to work at Taman Putra Perdana, Puchong
Responsibilities

Assist Invoicing Manager for overall Invoicing team operations
Issue and verify invoices for customers
Guide and supervise invoicing staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Handle and respond to customer inquiries, especially under Invoicing Department
Coordinate internal meetings and convey management instructions to the team
Monitor bulk orders and ensure timely stock delivery
Check and record GRN/CN with correct information
Support daily problem-solving and smooth operations
Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers
