Job Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.

Handle import & export documentation and procedures, ensuring compliance with Malaysian customs and international trade regulations.

Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Process and follow up on customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high satisfaction.

Support sales, marketing, and business activities in line with company goals.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, sales, inventory, and customer information.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

1–3 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, sales support, or customer service. (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.)

Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with ERP or order processing systems.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
