Job Descriptions:

Compute monthly payroll of employees and ensure correct calculations and achieve 100% accuracy.

Conduct 100% checking on attendance, OT submission and shift rotation. To update HRIS on a timely manner. Escalate all the abnormality to superior and take appropriate action.

Record all employees’ information in HR database accurately.

Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files correctly.

Manage and update HR charts / KPIs, government survey and other HR administrative reports accurately.

Conduct inclusion and exclusion medical card for new joiners and inactive staff on timely manner to avoid misuse of the medical benefits.

Submit approved monthly payroll & cash budget to accounts department on a timely manner.

Any other lawful tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration Majoring in Human Resources or equivalent.

This position is based at at Sitiawan, Perak.

Fresh graduate with good analytical skills and willing to learn is encouraged to apply.
