Jobs Responsibilities:

Data entries and manage the daily admin and account operation.

Document recordkeeping and assist data entries in E- Invoice.

Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.

Interact with company banking and financial partners.

Responsible for daily cash handling / accounting operations.

Follow up and update AR Payment

Other duties assigned by the Institute from time to time.



Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Administration or equivalent with related working experience. However, fresh graduates may also apply.

Familiar with a good knowledge of accounting standards and practices.

Familiar with UBS / Auto-count accounting system and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably in a courteous and professional manner.

Strong analytical skills and meticulous.

Able to work with minimum supervision and able to multi task.
