Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory or industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and project updates to management.



Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project sales.

Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Strong network and experience in dealing with developers, contractors, and consultants.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
