Role Overview:

As an HR & Admin Executive, you will assist the HR Assistant Manager in daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth business support and compliance.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: job postings, interview coordination, onboarding

• Maintain employee records, attendance & leave tracking

• Assist payroll coordination with Finance (e.g., timesheets, allowances)

• Prepare HR documentation: employment contracts, appointment/resignation letters

• Coordinate office admin tasks: supplies, facility management, vendor coordination

• Support payroll, staff claims, and benefits administration

• Help with HR events, training sessions, and employee communications

• Ensure compliance with Employment Act & internal HR policies

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1-3 years HR or admin experience, ideally in FMCG or office environments

• Familiarity with Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities

• Discretion handling confidential employee information

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written) is essential. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
