Summary:

To support the Product Management team in the development and management of all product-related content—covering copywriting, packaging text, product specification sheets, and claim substantiation—while ensuring consistency with brand tone, regulatory requirements, and overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Write-Up and Content

Develop compelling, accurate, and on-brand product descriptions for product packaging and marketing materials

Proofread and fact-check product copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content formats

Ensure all product claims and benefits are properly substantiated with testing data, references, or input from Regulatory Affairs (RA)

Coordinate with product management, creative, and marketing teams to ensure unified tone and messaging across all channels

Manage translation and localization of product content to ensure relevance and accuracy for regional markets

Maintain and regularly update the product content library with proper version control and document tracking



2. Product Brief and Training Materials

Assist in creating product storytelling decks and training materials for internal and external stakeholders

Support key product messaging and claims for use in promotional or educational materials

3. Product Development Support

Support the Product Development team in preparing product documentation, product specification sheet and related documentation

Assist in coordinating cross-functional inputs (e.g. claims, testing summaries, artwork copy) required for product launches



4. Ad Hoc

Assist with market research or content benchmarking tasks as needed

Provide administrative or support to other departments during product launches, reviews, or audits

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Product Development, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in content writing, preferably within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries.

Strong command of written English and Mandarin; proficiency in Malay is a plus.

Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand tone.

Creative thinker with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.

Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication and time management skills.
