What You'll Do:

Responsible in the sales of assigned projects and properties in accordance with the rules and procedures from time to time in meeting the Company's sales target.

Monitor and tract the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.

Assist customers on matters pertaining to the purchase of properties from the Company including providing advisory on loan and legal matters.

Liaise with relevant parties including financiers and solicitors to ensure prompt completion of loan documentation.

Ensure timely issuance of all invoices, reminders and correspondences.

Responsible for the handing over of completed properties to purchasers.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales or Customer Service. Experience in property development industry is a strong advantage.

Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and real estate are welcome to apply.

A sales-driven, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.

Good understanding of property-related statutory requirements and procedures is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage as the role involves dealing with China-based customers.

Must be currently based in Miri. No relocation support provided.
