Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the food industry is a plus.
Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, company website, etc.).
Monitor and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock availability on e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts on e-commerce platforms.
Track and analyze e-commerce sales performance, preparing reports for management review.
Liaise with external partners, vendors, and marketplaces for collaborations and promotional opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support e-commerce growth strategies.
Assist in other marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.
