Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience in furniture, interior design, building materials, or related sales fields.
Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and customer-focused approach.
Highly self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Willing to work showroom hours and attend on-site client meetings when necessary.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.
Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Executive, your core mission is to connect clients with high-quality, custom-made furniture solutions while achieving strong and consistent sales results.

Greet and engage showroom walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable furniture solutions.
Follow up on leads provided by the company and manage your own customer pipeline.
Prepare and present tailored quotations and proposals, guiding customers through the decision-making process.
Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain excellent after-sales service and build long-term client relationships.
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and self-generated leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with clear reporting and pipeline tracking.
Stay updated on product features, design trends, and market dynamics to provide professional consultations.
Leverage company-provided resources including a full-fledged showroom, product samples, and a structured pricing system to support your sales process.
