Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role blends strategic marketing planning with hands-on content creation, playing a key role in brand awareness, digital engagement, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Marketing & Campaigns

Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

🎥 Content Creation & Management

Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms.

Script, film, and edit short-form videos for product demos, storytelling, and social use.

Write engaging copy for captions.

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

📱 Social Media & Digital Engagement

Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.

Stay up-to-date with latest trend & viral topics in Malaysia.

Schedule and monitor content performance; engage with audience through comments and DMs.

Collaborate with design team to develop visuals and layouts for digital campaigns.

🎪 Events & Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate and participate in sales and marketing events, exhibitions, or activations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field

At least 1 - 2 year (s) of marketing or relevant working experience.

Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut or Adobe Premiere/Photoshop.

Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.

Bonus: Comfortable in front of the camera or behind the lens for video content.
