• Competitor Analysis: Study other brands’ CRM mechanics, offerings, and engagement tools to identify areas of improvement.



3. Delivery Platforms Planning & Execution (Grabfood, Shopeefood, Foodpanda):

• Planning: Coordinate with platforms (e.g. GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood) to plan monthly/seasonal campaigns.

• Execution: Ensure timely setup of promo mechanics (e.g. bundle deals, vouchers, free delivery) and marketing assets.

• Reporting: Track and analyse sales performance, order trends, and promo ROI using platform reports and internal dashboards.

• Competitor Analysis: Monitor promotions and campaigns by similar brands to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
