Job Descriptions:

Handle inbound calls from customers, assisting with credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products.
Motivate customers for “Self Help” function by signing them up for value added services and digital education.
Adapt quickly to customer needs to deliver consultative support by thinking horizontally with an end-to-end view of the client’s journey.
Suggest financial solutions regarding the bank’s line of products and services that match the New to Bank / Existing to Bank customer requirements (if applicable).
High sales pitch without mis-selling
Accomplish targets consistently in the form of leads / self-closure.
Job Requirements:

Diploma holders and above
SPM leavers with strong English and minimum 3 years banking experience are welcome to apply
Fluent in spoken English – supporting Singaporean customers
Strong communication skills and confident in upselling
Background in Mass Communication is a plus
Open to fresh graduates and those looking to build a career in banking & customer service

Team-based commission (Quarterly)
