Job Description

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience. Candidates with admin background are preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Know mandarin are more preferred.
Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Uptown
Responsibilities

Ensure all legal documents, confidential agreements, licenses, bills, and records are properly renewed, stored, and safeguarded.
Manage monthly office rental fee payments and related bills (utilities, internet, maintenance, etc.).
Manage office supplies procurement and vendor sourcing (e.g., pantry items, stationery, business cards, etc.).
Assist with general administrative duties, including daily expense reporting, operational compliance and others
Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
Assist in office operations and other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
