Ability to speak and write in Mandarin.
Candidates must possess at least SPM.
A strong passion for culinary arts and a genuine interest in steak preparation.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
For Junior roles: Basic culinary knowledge or a willingness to learn; fresh graduates are welcome.
For Senior roles: Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and station management. Experience with steakhouse operations is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a range of premium quality dishes, with a focus on expertly cooked steaks, according to Armoury's established recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes, including our signature Wagyu burgers and other pub favorites.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the kitchen, strictly adhering to all regulations.
Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering as required.
Contribute to a positive and high-performing kitchen environment.
Specific Responsibilities (Based on Role):
For Junior Cooks: Focus on foundational cooking tasks, ingredient preparation, maintaining station cleanliness, and learning new techniques.
For Senior Cooks: Take on more complex cooking tasks, manage specific sections, mentor junior team members, and ensure consistency in dish quality.
For Chef de Parties / Sous Chefs: Oversee specific kitchen sections, lead and guide junior team members, ensure smooth operations, maintain quality control, and assist in menu development or inventory management.

Senior Cook (3-5 years): RM3000 - 3500
Chef de Parties / Sous Chef: RM4000 - RM4500
