Requirements

Candidates must posses at least Diploma and above
Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Excellent time managing skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities

Assists and manage group chat
To perform day to day general admiratives tasks
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; planning and expediting orders
Maintain computer and manual filing system
Attend to incoming & outgoing customer phone call
Handle clients inquiries and provide assistance
Monitor documents dispatch & record .Recording documents flow & filling
To prepare delivery order & quotation to clients
Support sales & marketing team
