Requirements

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
Minimum SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent, with no working experience required.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work in rotational shift (day shift only).
On Job Training will be provided.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and provide information or assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
