Requirements

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work at Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur
Have knowledge about aircond is a bonus
Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, walk-ins, site visits, or referrals.
Reply chat and promote AC products and services (e.g., units, servicing, installation, maintenance).
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow-up on service satisfaction.
Stay updated on product specifications, features, pricing, and promotions.
Advise clients on aircond requirements, Process customer orders and coordinate with the installation and service teams.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and market feedback
