Job Description

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, HR, or related field
1–2 years working experience in accounting and/or HR Knowledge of payroll processing and basic HR functions
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (SQL, UBS or similar)
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask independently
Responsibilities

Perform daily data entry for accounts payable and receivable
Handle invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and petty cash
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow records
Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting and admin records
Assist in stock control records and delivery documentation
Support general office operations and clerical tasks
