Requirements

Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic photography skills and a good eye for aesthetics.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic graphic design tasks.
Experience coordinating events and managing vendors is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Passion for fitness and familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus.
Responsibilities

1. Event Marketing & Coordination

Plan and execute marketing events including trade shows, workshops, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate logistics.
Assist in lead generation and follow-up strategies before and after events.
Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis.
2. Social Media Management

Develop and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Track and report on performance metrics and engagement.
Manage social media calendar and coordinate with external content creators or agencies.
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new formats or ideas.
3. Content Creation Support

Assist in copywriting for digital posts, newsletters, and website updates.
Work closely with the design team or agency on visuals that align with the brand.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) are a plus.
