Requirements

Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in handling a full set of accounts.
For the Senior role, 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Skills Required: Product Knowledge, Sales and Customer Service.
Responsibilities

Manage the full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets and income statements.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Process payments, invoices, and expense claims in a timely manner.
Perform bank and inter-company reconciliations.
Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
Handle payroll processing and statutory payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit relevant government tax filings.
