Requirements

Achieve at least Degree certificate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong understanding of retail best practices, customer behavior, and merchandising principles.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain store presentation standards.
Passion for the retail industry and a keen eye for trends and consumer preferences.
Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing product displays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store managers and retail staff.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities

Designing and executing impactful in-store displays, product layouts, and seasonal setups.
Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Monitoring and optimizing store layouts and displays to improve customer engagement and sales.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team on ways to improve the in-store customer experience
Analyze performance of stock and promotions to determine effectiveness of the product assortment and promotion strategy to drive market share
Assist in the setting up of new stores and major fairs/ events
Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for merchandise replenishment or adjustments
Make sure pricing and labels are correct.
