Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the retail industry.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, is an added advantage.
Approachable, resourceful, innovative, and possesses strong negotiation skills with an outgoing personality.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Active on social media platforms and familiar with current digital trends.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing and display advertising.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital platforms.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad copywriting, targeting, and performance tracking.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
