Requirements

Open to last semester Diploma/Degree students in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related fields.
Internship duration: Minimum 3 months and above.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of procurement process and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Seating Spectrum Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated intern to join our Procurement team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, and purchasing operations in the furniture/seating manufacturing industry. You will support day-to-day procurement activities while gaining valuable experience in supply chain and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing materials, parts, and services from approved suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and related procurement documents.
Support supplier evaluations and maintain vendor records.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, accounts) to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Update and maintain procurement databases, filing, and documentation.
Support the procurement team in cost analysis and market research.
