Requirements

Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to start their career.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory accurately, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers, address inquiries, and provide product information.
Basic understanding of product features and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.
Ability to implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and attract customers.
Willingness to work full-time and adapt to a remote work environment in Banting.
Skills Required: Inventory Management, Communication, Product Knowledge, Loss Prevention and Visual Merchandising.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and cycle counts, promptly reporting discrepancies to the supervisor to ensure inventory integrity.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders and promptly reporting any damages or shortages.
Organize and arrange merchandise on the sales floor according to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring products are attractively displayed and easily accessible to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection, offering product knowledge and recommendations as needed.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Monitor the sales floor for potential security risks, such as shoplifting or vandalism, and take appropriate measures to prevent loss, including reporting suspicious activity to the supervisor or security personnel.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained by performing tasks such as dusting shelves, sweeping floors, and emptying trash receptacles, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
