Requirements

Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Organized, detail-oriented, and good time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries professionally / Manage photoshoot and event bookings / Update and maintain the schedule for all sessions and events
Prepare promotional materials (digital/print) / Plan and schedule weekly social media postings / Collect and compile testimonials and feedback from customers
Follow up with clients after photoshoots or events / Request reviews and ensure all customers receive their promised products / Address any post-service concerns promptly
Record weekly and monthly sales data / Monitor marketing performance (e.g., engagement, conversion) / Propose strategies to improve sales and customer reach
Collaborate with the operations and management teams / Ensure accurate and timely sharing of customer-related information
Maintain accurate customer records and databases / Follow up on payment statuses and issue receipts accordingly / Ensure all data is organized and up-to-date for easy access and reporting
