Requirements



Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with China-based supplier.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Responsibilities

Sourcing & Procuring: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers to secure favorable deals.
Material Planning: Work closely with sales and planning departments to ensure the timely arrival of materials.
Negotiating: Secure competitive pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
Order Management: Create purchase orders, track status, and ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies, and optimize inventory.
Supplier Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and resolve issues.
Cost Analysis: Prepare cost analysis reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and payments. Quality Assurance: Inspect products, ensure quality standards, and address issues promptly.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand needs and ensure smooth workflows.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
