Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
⁠Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls.
Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support or services.
⁠Monitor client accounts to identify overdue payments and proactively follow up with clients to resolve outstanding invoices.
⁠Communicate with clients about payment schedules, invoice discrepancies, and other billing-related issues.
⁠Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payments and address any billing inaccuracies.
⁠Maintain updated, accurate and detailed records of all communication and actions taken regarding accounts receivable. Following up work may needed.
Perform day to day general administrative tasks.
