Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Must be Malaysian.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English..
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement administrative procedures and services such as office space and basic needs.
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments and business activities.
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
