Requirements

Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
1–3 years of HR-related experience.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills required: HR Administration, Employee Onboarding and Benefits Administration.
Responsibilities

Assist in handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit process.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date.
Assist with monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
Support employee engagement, training coordination, and internal communication.
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
