Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical problems in the field.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site support and installations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and own transportation are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients in the Cheras area.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems at client locations.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on field service activities and performance metrics.
