Requirements

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows, networking, and system hardware
Able to communicate effectively and work independently
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided


Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Perform installation and maintenance of workstations, printers, routers, and servers
Handle remote support, ticketing system, and basic troubleshooting
Onsite roles involve visiting customer premises for setup and issue resolution
