Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing will have an advantage.
Basic knowledge of running ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, or other reporting tools is preferred.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Malay.
Ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is an added advantage.
Experience in marketing agencies, e-commerce, or partner management is a bonus.
Responsibilities

Planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
Support A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates.
Help manage campaign setup, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Collaborate with sales, creative, and telemarketing teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Assist in optimizing SEO and content strategies for long-term lead generation.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and suggest new tools or channels for better results.
